![]() Ingredients Minced chicken — 500-600 g Potatoes — 250-300 g Yellow cheese — 150-200 g Chicken eggs — 3-4 pcs. Salt — to taste Seasonings — to taste Dill — to taste ![]() Instructions Grind chicken meat and boiled potatoes in a blender. Grate the cheese. Finely chop the dill. ![]() Mix everything in a deep bowl. Whisk chicken eggs. ![]() ![]() Add salt, seasonings and mix with the rest of the mass. ![]() Form cutlets.
