Minced chicken cutlets with potatoes and cheese

Minced chicken — 500-600 g
Potatoes — 250-300 g
Yellow cheese — 150-200 g
Chicken eggs — 3-4 pcs.
Salt — to taste
Seasonings — to taste
Dill — to taste


Grind chicken meat and boiled potatoes in a blender.
Grate the cheese.
Finely chop the dill.

Mix everything in a deep bowl.
Whisk chicken eggs.

Add salt, seasonings and mix with the rest of the mass.

Form cutlets.
Put them on the oven-tray lined with parchment paper and pregreased with cooking oil.

Place the oven-tray in a preheated oven to 180° for 30 minutes.

Cutlets with a tender crust are ready!

To make golden brown crust fry cutlets in the frying pan with cooking oil over medium heat on both sides.
