Marinated pork with seasonings

Pork — to taste
Salt — to taste
Sugar — to taste
Drinking water — to taste
Vinegar — to taste
Sweet ground paprika — to taste
Curry — to taste
Ground black pepper — to taste
Provencal herbs — to taste
Green onions — to taste
Rice — to taste
Chicken eggs — a couple of pieces


Cut pork meat into small pieces.

Put meat pieces in a bowl with water and vinegar.

Add salt, sugar and seasonings.

Thinly slice green onions.

Add onions to the bowl.
Mix it up.
Place in the refrigerator to marinate for at least 2 hours.

Drain the marinade.
Grind meat in a meat grinder.

Cook rice.

Add it to the bowl with minced meat.

Add salt and seasonings.

Break two eggs.

Beat them well.

Mix it with minced meat and rice.

Mix well.

Cook in a frying pan over low heat for about 30-40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
