Pork cutlets with carrots and cheese

Minced pork (you can use chicken) — 700 g
Carrots — 1 pc.
Yellow cheese — to taste
Eggs — 2 pcs.
Flour — 4 tbsp
Salt — to taste
Seasonings — to taste


Grate carrots and cheese.

Mix minced meat with carrots and cheese.
Add 4 tablespoons of flour and two raw eggs.
Season with salt and spices of your choice.
Mix the whole mass well.

Form cutlets and put them in a preheated frying pan with cooking oil.

Fry cutlets over medium heat, turning them over periodically.
