Potato carrot casserole with cheese

Potatoes — to taste
Carrots — to taste
Yellow cheese — to taste
Salt — to taste
Seasonings — to taste

Cut potatoes into small pieces and put them on the oven-tray covered with parchment.

Grate carrots, then put them in a thick layer on top of potatoes.

Grate the cheese and put it on top of carrots.

Season everything with salt and your favorite spices.

Bake in a preheated oven to 180° for 40-50 minutes.
