Hot dishes / Of chicken
Ingredients Chicken fillet — 2 pcs. Bacon — 4 thin slices Hard cheese — to taste Honey — 1 tbsp Mustard — 1 tbsp Tomato sauce — 1 tbsp Soy sauce — 1 tbsp Salt — a pinch Sugar — a pinch Oregano — to taste Instructions Fry bacon in the frying pan on both sides. Put fillets in a bowl. Add a tablespoon of honey, a tablespoon of mustard, a tablespoon of tomato paste or ketchup, a tablespoon of soy sauce, a pinch of salt and a pinch of sugar. Stir and place in the refrigirator to marinate for at least 6 hours. Make a cut lengthwise down the middle of each fillet. Put several pieces of cheese in a row. Put pieces of bacon on top. "Close" fillets. Cover the top of fillets with a layer of grated cheese. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 180°. Season the fillet with a pinch of oregano before serving. Read more...
