Chicken pilaf

Chicken drumsticks — 6 pcs.
Rice — 200 g
Yellow or red tomatoes — 5 pcs.
Canned red beans — 1 standard jar
Salt or universal seasoning — to taste
Ground paprika — to taste
Curry — to taste
Dried parsley — to taste
Hot red pepper — to taste


Boil rice.


Fry chicken drumsticks.
Season them with salt/universal seasoning, curry, ground sweet paprika and thin strips of hot red pepper.


Chop tomatoes.

Put canned red beans, tomatoes and rice in a frying pan.

Season everything with salt/universal seasoning, curry, dried parsley and mix.

Simmer for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Debone chicken drumsticks, then add meat to the mass.

Stir and simmer for about 5-7 more minutes.
