![]() Ingredients Beef — 700-800 g Carrots — 1 pc. Dill — to taste Parsley — to taste Green onions — to taste Onion (red or white) — half of a small onion Garlic — 3 cloves Salt — to taste Rosemary — to taste Ground red pepper — to taste Curry — to taste Tomato sauce — 8-10 tbsp ![]() Instructions Cut beef into small pieces. ![]() Finely chop the onion. Grate the garlic. ![]() Place beef pieces, onion, garlic and green onion in a baking dish.
Cut carrots into thin pieces and add them to the mass. Mix it up. ![]() Add salt, seasonings and tomato sauce.
Stir and put in the oven to bake for 40-50 minutes at a temperature of 180°.
