Beef with carrots in tomato sauce

Beef — 700-800 g
Carrots — 1 pc.
Dill — to taste
Parsley — to taste
Green onions — to taste
Onion (red or white) — half of a small onion
Garlic — 3 cloves
Salt — to taste
Rosemary — to taste
Ground red pepper — to taste
Curry — to taste
Tomato sauce — 8-10 tbsp


Cut beef into small pieces.

Finely chop the onion.
Grate the garlic.

Place beef pieces, onion, garlic and green onion in a baking dish.

Cut carrots into thin pieces and add them to the mass.
Mix it up.

Add salt, seasonings and tomato sauce.

Stir and put in the oven to bake for 40-50 minutes at a temperature of 180°.
