Ingredients Drinking water — depending on the size of the pot Kefir — usually 1 liter is enough Pickled beetroot — usually one standard jar is enough Cucumbers — to taste Bolognese sausage — to taste Green onions — to taste Dill — to taste Parsley — to taste Chicken eggs — to taste Onion — to taste Hot red pepper — to taste Instructions Dice cucumbers and sausage, chop greens. Pour kefir into a saucepan. Add pickled beets, cucumbers, sausage and greens. Add the required amount of water. Before serving, add an egg and a little bit of red hot pepper to the soup, as well as a couple of white or red onion rings. Read more...
