![]() Ingredients Pork stew — to taste Bologna-style sausage — to taste Salami — to taste Potatoes — to taste Tomatoes — to taste Pickled cucumbers — to taste Carrots — to taste Olives — to taste Green onions — to taste Lemon — to taste Tomato paste or tomato sauce — to taste Salt — to taste Seasonings — to taste Cucumber pickle — to taste ![]() Instructions Cut potatoes, bologna-style sausage and salami. Chop pickled cucumbers, tomatoes, olives, lemon and green onions. Chop or grate carrots. ![]() Put all the ingredients except green onions in salted boiling water with pickled cucumber brine.
