Ingredients Hunters' sausages — to taste Bacon — to taste Potatoes — to taste Carrots — to taste Tomatoes — to taste Pickled cucumbers — to taste Pickled tomatoes — to taste Pickled onions — to taste Dried tomatoes — to taste Olives — to taste Leek — to taste Dill — to taste Green onions — to taste Lemon — to taste Cucumber pickle — 150-200 ml Tomato sauce or tomato paste — 3 tbsp Salt — to taste Ground black pepper — to taste Instructions Chop the bacon and hunters' sausages, then fry over medium heat. Cut potatoes, pickled cucumbers and tomatoes. Grate carrots. Put everything in salted boiling water. Add cucumber brine and ground black pepper. Mix it up. Cut olives and leeks. Chop the dill. Slice the pre-peeled lemon. Put everything in a saucepan. Add 3 tablespoons of tomato sauce or tomato paste. Mix it up. Cook for at least an hour on low heat. Chop green onions. Add green onions to the saucepan a couple of minutes before the end of cooking the soup. Mix it up. Read more...
