Chicken soup with champignons and melted cheese

Chicken meat — 500 g
Potatoes — 300 g
Mushrooms — 300 g
Carrots — 1 pc.
Processed cheese — 150 g
Butter — 50 g
Onions — 1 pc.
Garlic — 1 clove
Dill — 1 bunch
Salt — to taste
Paprika — to taste


Chop chicken meat.

Chop potatoes.

Place potatoes in boiling salted water.

Place meat in a preheated, oiled frying pan and season with spices.

Fry pieces of meat on medium heat on all sides.

Add meat to a saucepan.

Mix it up.

Grate carrots.
Chop mushrooms.
Finely chop the onion and the garlic.
Fry everything in the frying pan.

Place the resulting mass in the saucepan.
Add butter.

Add cream cheese.

Mix it up.

Simmer for about 40-50 minutes.

Add chopped greens.
Mix it up.
Cook for a couple more minutes.
