Cabbage soup with beef and sauerkraut

Sauerkraut — to taste
Potatoes — to taste
Beef — to taste
Carrots — to taste
Green onions — to taste
Chili pepper — to taste
Salt — to taste
Seasonings — to taste

Chop potatoes, beef, green onions and chili peppers.
Grate carrots.
Put all the ingredients, except green onions, in salted boiling water.

Add seasonings to taste.
Cook the soup for at least 50 minutes over low heat.

A couple of minutes before the end of cooking the soup add green onions to it.
