![]() Ingredients Canned beef stew — to taste Potatoes — to taste Carrots — to taste Pickled cucumbers — to taste Leek — to taste Green onions — to taste Parsley — to taste Olives — to taste Pickled pepperoni peppers — to taste Tomato paste or tomato sauce — to taste Garlic — to taste Salt — to taste Seasonings — to taste ![]() Instructions Cut potatoes, pickled cucumbers, leeks, olives and pepperoni peppers. Chop green onion and parsley. Put everything except greens in salted boiling water. Add seasonings and tomato paste or ketchup. ![]() Peel a couple of garlic cloves. ![]() Chop the garlic and add it to the soup. ![]() ![]() Cook the soup over low heat for at least 50 minutes.
