Beef stew soup



Ingredients
 
Canned beef stew — to taste
Potatoes — to taste
Carrots — to taste
Pickled cucumbers — to taste
Leek — to taste
Green onions — to taste
Parsley — to taste
Olives — to taste
Pickled pepperoni peppers — to taste
Tomato paste or tomato sauce — to taste
Garlic — to taste
Salt — to taste
Seasonings — to taste



Instructions
 
Cut potatoes, pickled cucumbers, leeks, olives and pepperoni peppers.
Chop green onion and parsley.
Put everything except greens in salted boiling water.
Add seasonings and tomato paste or ketchup.



Peel a couple of garlic cloves.



Chop the garlic and add it to the soup.




Cook the soup over low heat for at least 50 minutes.
Add greens to the saucepan a couple of minutes before the end of cooking the soup.
