Ingredients Drinking water — depending on the size of the pot Kefir — depending on the size of the pan Pickled beetroot — usually one standard jar is enough Cucumbers — to taste Hunters' sausages — to taste Chicken eggs — to taste Green onions — to taste Dill — to taste Parsley — to taste ![]() Instructions Put beets in a saucepan.
Cut cucumbers into triangular pieces and put them in the saucepan. ![]() Cut hunters' sausages into rings.
Chop green onion, dill and parsley.
Stir contents of the saucepan.
Add kefir and water.
Before serving, add boiled egg rings to a portion of the soup. Want a richer taste? Add salt to the soup and a little bit of table vinegar.
