Cold soup with hunters' sausages

Drinking water — depending on the size of the pot
Kefir — depending on the size of the pan
Pickled beetroot — usually one standard jar is enough
Cucumbers — to taste
Hunters' sausages — to taste
Chicken eggs — to taste
Green onions — to taste
Dill — to taste
Parsley — to taste

Put beets in a saucepan.

Cut cucumbers into triangular pieces and put them in the saucepan.

Cut hunters' sausages into rings.

Chop green onion, dill and parsley.

Stir contents of the saucepan.

Add kefir and water.

Before serving, add boiled egg rings to a portion of the soup.
Want a richer taste? Add salt to the soup and a little bit of table vinegar.
