Stewed cabbage soup with hot smoked sausage



Ingredients
 
Hot smoked sausage — to taste
Stewed cabbage — to taste
Potatoes — to taste
Carrots — to taste
Pickled cucumbers — to taste
Olives — to taste
White onion — to taste
Garlic — to taste
Green onions — to taste
Lemon — to taste
Tomato sauce — to taste
Salt — to taste
Curry — to taste
Ground red pepper — to taste
Oregano — to taste



Instructions
 
Cut sausage, potatoes, pickles, olives, white and green onions.
Chop garlic, grate carrots.



Put all the ingredients, except green onions, in boiling water.
Add salt and seasonings to taste.



Cook for at least 30-40 minutes on low heat.
A couple of minutes before the end of cooking, add green onions to the soup.



Stir contents of the saucepan.
