Pickled tomato soup



Ingredients
 
Pickled tomatoes — to taste
Potatoes — to taste
Beef bone — 1-2 pcs.
Pickled sweet peppers — to taste
Pickled garlic — 1-3 cloves
Salt — to taste
Green onions — to taste
Parsley — to taste
Rosemary — to taste



Instructions
 
Finely chop potatoes.



Grind tomatoes, peppers and garlic in a blender.



Put beef bone in boiling water.



Add salt and potatoes.



Put the rest of the ingredients in a saucepan, except the greens.
Cook the soup for about 40-50 minutes over low heat.



A couple of minutes before the end of cooking the soup add green onions, parsley and fresh rosemary.
