Table vinegar — about 50 ml Refined vegetable or sunflower oil — about 40 ml Sugar — 2 tbsp Salt — 1/2 tsp Ground black pepper — to taste Green onions — to taste Dill — to taste Pickled pepperoni peppers — to taste ![]() ![]() Instructions Grate carrots. Cut the middle of zucchini into round pieces. ![]() Mix everything in a bowl. ![]() Add table vinegar and refined vegetable or sunflower oil.
