Spicy pickled zucchini

The middle of zucchini — 250 g
Carrots — 1 pc .
Table vinegar — about 50 ml
Refined vegetable or sunflower oil — about 40 ml
Sugar — 2 tbsp
Salt — 1/2 tsp
Ground black pepper — to taste
Green onions — to taste
Dill — to taste
Pickled pepperoni peppers — to taste

Grate carrots.
Cut the middle of zucchini into round pieces.

Mix everything in a bowl.

Add table vinegar and refined vegetable or sunflower oil.
Mix it up.

Add salt, pepper and sugar.

Add chopped green onions and dill.

Cut pepperoni peppers into rings.
Add them to the bowl and mix.
Put the bowl in the refrigerator overnight.
