Ingredients Zucchini — 600-700 g Table vinegar — about 50 ml Refined vegetable or sunflower oil — about 40 ml Honey — 3 tbps Garlic — 4 cloves Green onions — to taste Dill — to taste Parsley — to taste Salt — 1/2 tsp Ground black pepper — 1/3 tsp Instructions Peel zucchini. Cut zucchini into thin strips (excluding the middle) and place in a bowl. Add vinegar. Add honey. Chop the garlic and mix it with the rest of the ingredients. Add salt and ground black pepper. Mix it up. Chop greens and add them to a bowl. Stir and put in the refrigerator to marinate for at least 3 hours. Read more...
