![]() Ingredients Zucchini — 600-700 g Table vinegar — about 50 ml Refined vegetable or sunflower oil — about 40 ml Honey — 3 tbps Garlic — 4 cloves Green onions — to taste Dill — to taste Parsley — to taste Salt — 1/2 tsp Ground black pepper — 1/3 tsp ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Instructions Peel zucchini. ![]() Cut zucchini into thin strips (excluding the middle) and place in a bowl. ![]() Add vinegar. ![]() Add honey. ![]() Chop the garlic and mix it with the rest of the ingredients. ![]() Add salt and ground black pepper. ![]() Mix it up. ![]() Chop greens and add them to a bowl. ![]() Stir and put in the refrigerator to marinate for at least 3 hours. ![]() Hello!
