Sausage salad with fresh and pickled vegetables



Ingredients
 
Sausages — to taste
Canned green peas — to taste
Pickled cucumbers — to taste
Pickled champignons — to taste
Cherry tomatoes — to taste
Green onions — to taste
Dill — to taste
Hard cheese — to taste
Mayonnaise — to taste
 



Instructions
 
Chop sausage, tomatoes, cucumbers and mushrooms.
Chop greens.
Grate the cheese.



Mix everything except the cheese in a bowl.



Dress up with mayonnaise.
Mix it up.
Put salad in a bowl.



Top the salad with a layer of grated cheese.



Garnish with a sprig of dill and cherry tomatoes.
