Ingredients Hot smoked chicken fillet — to taste Peking cabbage — to taste Yellow cheese — to taste Pickled cucumbers — to taste Canned green peas — to taste Pickled pepperoni peppers — to taste Leek — to taste Dill — to taste Salt — to taste Mayonnaise or mayonnaise-based sauce — to taste Instructions Chop chicken meat, Peking cabbage, pickled cucumbers, pepperoni peppers and leeks. Chop dill and grate the cheese. Put a layer of Peking cabbage on a plate. Cover Peking cabbage with a thick zigzag layer of mayonnaise or fine mayonnaise mesh. Put leeks on top. Put a layer of canned peas. Cover canned peas with a thick zigzag layer of mayonnaise or fine mayonnaise mesh. Put a layer of chicken meat. Cover chicken meat with a thick zigzag layer of mayonnaise or fine mayonnaise mesh. Put a layer of pickled cucumbers. Then — a layer of pickled pepperoni peppers. Put a layer of grated cheese.
