Pickled herring salad with lettuce leaves and greens



Ingredients
 
Pickled herring fillet — to taste
Boiled beetroot — to taste
Canned green peas — to taste
Pickled cucumbers — to taste
Lettuce leaves — to taste
Green onions — to taste
Dill — to taste
Mayonnaise — to taste




Instructions
 
Chop herring and pickled cucumbers.
Grate the beetroot.
Mix all the ingredients, including canned peas.



Dress up with mayonnaise.
Mix it up.



Put a layer of salad leaves on a plate.
Put the mayonnaise-filled mass on top.



Smooth with a tablespoon.



Chop dill and green onions.



Garnish the salad with chopped greens.
