Roast pork with spices



Ingredients
 
Pork — to taste
Salt — to taste
Ground black pepper — to taste
Curry — to taste
Basil greens — to taste
Ground chili pepper — to taste
Sweet ground paprika — to taste
Ground coriander — to taste
Dried ground onion — to taste
Dried ground garlic — to taste
Marjoram greens — to taste
Ground nutmeg — to taste
Sage — to taste


 
Directions
 
Cut pork meat into pieces.



Place meat pieces on a preheated, oiled frying pan.
Add salt and spices.



Fry them, stirring occasionally.



The thinner pieces, the faster they cook.
