Homemade ice cream-sundae



Ingredients
 
Milk — 300 ml
Cream — 400 ml
Egg yolks — 3 pcs.
Sugar — 120 g



Instructions

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.



Set timer of the ice cream maker for 20 minutes and slowly pour the mass into it. 



Put freshly prepared ice cream in the freezer for 40-50 minutes to harden it.

2nd option
 
Beat all the ingredients with a mixer and put the resulting mass in the freezer to harden.
