Raclette grilled chicken with cheese



Ingredients
 
Chicken meat — 700-800 g
Cheese — to taste
Salt — to taste
Ground black pepper — to taste
Ground chili pepper — to taste
Curry — to taste
Ground paprika — to taste



Instructions

Cut chicken meat into pieces.



Brush the surface of a raclette with cooking oil.



Cut cheese into even slices.



Place meat on the preheated upper surface of the raclette.



Place a piece of cheese in special container.





Season meat with salt and spices.



Cook meat pieces for about 20-30 minutes — 10-15 minutes on each side.



Cheese meltability depends on its variety.
